We want your new home and lifestyle to complement who you are. You expect the best, and so do we. At Genesis Village you are family, and this is our Community!

Genesis Village is a 170,000 sq. ft. community that sits on over 10 acres near the corner of S. Reynolds Rd. and Heatherdowns Blvd. (next to Bob Evans) in Toledo, OH, near Maumee. We have over 160 apartments which can accommodate individual Residents or couples living together. Our spacious Studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with matching baths, range from 485 sq. ft. to 966 sq. ft., depending on the floor plan and the location in the Community you choose.

Personal amenities in each apartment include:

  • All utilities paid (except landline phone)
  • Digital HD Buckeye Cable
  • Kitchenette
  • Individually-Controlled heat and air conditioning units
  • Smoke detectors and sprinkler systems
  • Wall to wall carpet (except bathrooms)
  • Convenient free laundry facilities on each floor

I love it here! No place is perfect, but this is about as close as you can get. I don't know where Jim hires his staff from, but they are just excellent! I love the buffet. I'm a diabetic and there is always a variety to choose from.

They should get "at least" 5 stars! There is such a different feeling at Genesis Village than at other places. I like the musical programs. I am very happy, feel at home, the staff is unbelieveable, so courteous, pleasant, and helpful. You can do what you want, come and go as you please.

Genesis Village is the best "deal of the day". Nothing else compares to it. They are very inviting and welcoming. I appreciate the Christian environment, acceptance of visitors, and I can bring my service dog. I LOVE the Fireside CafÉ, "daily adventures" with Life Enrichment and there is always someone at the front desk 24/7.
